Credits, subscriptions and refunds

One-time credit purchases

Credits pay for Image Toolkit cloud AI tasks on your account. Prices are in USD and the total is shown before payment. Starter and Plus credit packs are one-time payments with no automatic recharge. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Paid credits do not expire or reset with daily or monthly free allowances.

Monthly subscriptions

Creator costs $9.99 per month and adds 1,500 credits after each successful payment. Studio costs $24.99 per month and adds 4,000 credits. Your subscription renews automatically each month on its billing date until you cancel. Unused paid credits accumulate and remain on your account after cancellation. Both plans use the same tools and per-task credit prices. There is no free trial or unlimited generation.

Open Subscription in your account to view invoices, update your payment method or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not automatically refund past payments. You can keep using your remaining credits. If payment fails or needs bank approval, no new credits are added until payment succeeds. Update your payment method or complete the payment in the billing portal. To change plans, cancel the current plan and subscribe to the new plan after it ends; no prorated plan changes are offered.

Usage and failed tasks

The Generate button shows the cost before a task starts. We reserve the allowance while the task runs and settle it when a result is available. Failed tasks restore the allowance automatically. If the provider connection is interrupted, a task may remain pending for up to 20 minutes while its status is checked. Generating a new variation is a new task; repeat downloads are free. Results are available for 24 hours, so download anything you want to keep.

Free usage

Alt Text and Image to Prompt share 3 free generations per day for guests. Signed-in accounts share 10 per day and 100 per calendar month. Limits reset in UTC. Network-level limits, bot checks and a shared daily free budget also apply. These free allowances are separate from purchased credits.

Requesting a refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase about unused credits, duplicate charges or service problems. Include your account email and order reference, but never send card details. We review the unused portion and the reported problem; approved refunds go to the original payment method and the corresponding credits are removed. Credits already used for successfully delivered results are normally not refundable. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

If refunded or disputed credits have already been spent, the account can have an outstanding credit balance and further AI use may be restricted until it is resolved.
