From one image to a complete asset set

01 · Start with one source

Upload a high-resolution image. Choose widths and formats for your page layout. Your original file stays untouched.

02 · Compare real outputs

Generate the files, select a row to inspect its preview, and compare the measured byte sizes at each width.

03 · Ship the whole package

Set your alt text and sizes attribute. Download images, HTML and a manifest together in a single ZIP.

Questions, answered

What is included in the ZIP?

The encoded images, a picture.html snippet, a manifest with dimensions and byte sizes, and a short usage guide. All HTML references match the actual exported filenames.

Does this enlarge my image?

No. Each requested width is capped at the original image width. Duplicate widths are merged, proportions are preserved, and the HTML uses the actual output dimensions.

Can every format keep a transparent background?

WebP and AVIF can preserve transparency. JPG cannot; it uses your selected background fill. Turning off transparency flattens all formats onto that color.

How do I use srcset and sizes?

Place the images beside the exported HTML, or change the URLs to your asset directory. Set sizes to your image’s actual CSS display width at each breakpoint. The browser chooses from the listed widths. Remove lazy loading for an above-the-fold hero image.

Are these lossless exports or metadata-preserving copies?

No. Images are resized and re-encoded, and source metadata is not copied. Compression can change visual detail and color interpretation. Keep your original for editing history, provenance and copyright records. Use AI Metadata Checker when you want verified metadata cleanup without re-encoding.
