How do I use Image to Text OCR? +

Why is text detection unavailable in my browser? +
The required on-device Shape Detection API is experimental and is not exposed by all browsers. A current Chromium build may offer better support.

You can start with JPG, PNG, WebP and export TXT. Actual decoding support can vary slightly by browser.
Does Image to Text OCR upload my image? +
Image to Text OCR runs in your browser. Your image is not uploaded to Image Toolkit.
