How it works

  1. 01

    Choose a logo or illustration

Add a PNG, JPG or WebP under 20 MB. A clean, high-contrast source usually traces more clearly than a photograph.

  2. 02

    Adjust the tracing

Select color layers or black and white. Tune colors, threshold, smoothing and small-detail removal, then convert again to compare.

  3. 03

    Inspect and download paths

Review the vector preview and SVG source. Download the SVG for vector editing, or export a PNG copy of the traced artwork.

About this tool

Convert logo and icon pixels into editable SVG paths

Vectorize flat illustrations, logos and simple drawings using color layers or black-and-white tracing. The export contains SVG paths, not a bitmap hidden inside an SVG file.

Color count controls the palette, smoothing changes curve approximation, and small-detail removal reduces tiny shapes. Sources are resized to at most 1024 pixels on the longest edge before tracing. Photographs, gradients and small lettering may lose detail; transparency is simplified to fully opaque or transparent areas.

Tips for better results

  • Use fewer colors for simpler artwork and smaller SVG files.
  • Compare the preview before replacing an original logo or small text.

FAQ

Is this real vectorization? +

Yes. The SVG contains path geometry and fill colors, without an embedded PNG or JPG. Paths remain editable in compatible vector editors.

Will tracing reproduce a photo exactly? +

No. Tracing approximates shapes and colors. It works best for logos, icons and flat illustrations; detailed photos and fine text are less suitable.

Are images uploaded or sent to AI? +

No. Tracing runs locally in a browser worker. No account, AI credits or file upload is required.
