A few useful answers

Extension privacy policy
How do I save an image from an X/Twitter post?

Install the extension in desktop Chrome, refresh X/Twitter and open an image post. Use the extension’s download action when it appears. For posts with several pictures, the available images depend on what the page exposes.

Why is the download action missing?

Refresh the tab after installation or an update. Try the post detail page and check that images have loaded. If it still fails, check the extension’s site access and Chrome Web Store updates; changes to X can affect compatibility.

Does this extension download videos or GIFs?

This extension focuses on still images. Video and animated GIF downloads are outside the image-saving workflow described here.

Do I paste a link here or sign in to Image Toolkit?

Use the installed extension on the X/Twitter page itself. No Image Toolkit sign-in is needed. Your normal X/Twitter access still applies to the posts you can view.

Can I use these extensions on my phone?

Install these extensions in desktop Chrome. Chrome on Android and iOS does not run desktop Chrome Web Store extensions. You can still use Image Toolkit’s online editing tools on your phone.

Where do my images go?

Images are saved through Chrome to your device. These extensions do not send your images to an Image Toolkit processing server. The source website still receives the requests needed to load its images. See the extension privacy policy for details.
